In the case that you are submitting a purchase-related inquiry, please attach any screenshots that display the relevant purchases' receipt information.
For iOS
■Method 1
1. Open the relevant receipt email provided by Apple
2. Take a screenshot of the page that shows the Order Number, Document number, date of purchase, and name/price of the purchased item.
※ The email should have a title similar to "This is your receipt from Apple".

1. Access the following URL, and log in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
2. Go to the "Report a Problem" page
3. Search for the purchased item toward the bottom portion of the page and tap the date/time.
4. The purchase information will be shown here, so please take a screenshot that shows the Order Number, Document number, date of purchase, and name/price of the purchased item
For Android

1. Open the receipt mail sent to your "Gmail" after purchase
2. Please take a screenshot that shows the purchase date/time and GPA Order Number (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX)
