■ Regarding replies to inquiries
Depending on your Spam filter settings, you may not receive our reply, so please check your filters before submitting your inquiry.
If your email address contains three repeating periods (eg. ...) or a period is placed before the "@" symbol, you will not be able to send or receive replies normally.
Because of this, we would like to ask that you submit your inquiry from a separate email address.
■ Request on Confirming Automated Responses
After sending an inquiry, an automated response will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.
